To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Must be in original condition with tags and packaging
Proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation) is required..


Additional non-returnable items:

  • Jewelry items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase..

Refunds.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
